As part of an ongoing investment programme, we are delighted to announce the arrival of a brand new Eterna 1620SA die cutter.

Capable of processing up to 5,000 corrugated sheets per hour, the Eterna, manufactured by the industry leading Bobst Group – a stalwart in many corrugated packaging plants – will allow production capacity to increase at our Stockport plant.
Installed by M&K Trading, our operators will receive full training once the machine is installed and commissioned.

“This addition to our machinery portfolio gives greater flexibility to our manufacturing capabilities as well as larger sheet options as the Eterna has a maximum sheet board size of 1180mm x 1600mm, “ said Sharon Garner, Director, Red Rose Packaging. “Our team is very much looking forward to the machine becoming fully operational, and to working on a machine that has the latest packaging production technology.”

The new machine will increase production efficiencies including reducing setting times, increasing output and position the business to allow the increase of its customer base to continue.
