Last week, marked the end of an era at Red Rose Packaging as we said farewell to Sharon Garner, one of our directors.

Sharon has been with the company for over 30 years having joined her parents in the family business.

With corrugated packaging being a huge part of her life, Sharon has always worked in the industry and the business, and she has been an intrinsic part of its growth over the years, along with her brother Ian Walters, Production Director.

Katie Whitehead, Sales Director, Red Rose Packaging commented; “I’ve worked with Sharon for many years, and it was a poignant goodbye as we wish her well for the future.

“It was lovely to welcome her parents on her last day, and we look forward to them all returning later this year as the business celebrates its 40^th anniversary.”

Sharon is looking forward to having more time to spend with her family, to travel and to play golf.
